For a memorable Easter break, escape to three captivating cities in three different countries, with each one presenting a plethora of arresting sights and cultural highlights. In Germany, a full day in Hamburg allows ample time for exploration. Take in the city at your leisure; perhaps explore the canals, discover the lakes and see the bridges, see historic landmarks such the Rathaus and St. Nikolai Steeple, and delve into rich seafaring history at the International Maritime Museum. You’ll see Hamburg’s maritime industry in action, as you depart via the River Elbe, passing by busy ship yards and dry docks, before scenic cruising by rarely-visited Heligoland.
Sail another important industrial route, the North Sea Canal, through picturesque lowlands straight into the Netherlands’ capital, Amsterdam. Once ashore here, a boat tour of the city’s iconic canals is an unforgettable way to see the fine architecture on display, particularly within the UNESCO-listed Canal Ring district. There are plenty of world-famous museums, galleries and exhibits to visit too. Finally, in Belgium, there’s a call at Zeebrugge, your gateway to Bruges. Take the short trip to Bruges and you’ll be rewarded with the charms of this Flemish gem, from its fairy-tale historic heart and its centuries-old monuments to its world-renowned Belgian chocolate shops and cafés.
Depart: Late PM
Enjoy a relaxing day at sea, making the most of the on-board amenities, meeting with new-found friends, or simply curling up with a good book as the ship heads toward the next exciting port of call.

Ah, Amsterdam. A city that truly is for the culture-lovers. Step off the ship and into a world of its world-class art museums, including the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the Anne Frank House. But you don’t even need to head into a museum to feel a rich sense of the city’s past and its essence. Simply wander the labyrinth of Amsterdam’s canals, 1,500 bridges, stunning medieval town squares, and flower-lined streets, or while away the afternoon at a waterfront café.
